Notes | Our client seeks a Senior Administrator to join their team. Role Profile: The team provides corporate administration and management services to clients involved in the regulated gaming sector to ensure they run efficiently and compliantly, reducing corporate risk and protecting players in the process. Over the course of a decade, we have developed a dominant market position in key jurisdictions by developing, maturing and growing in parallel with the market, embracing the entrepreneurial spirit of this dynamic technology sector. Clients are at the centre of everything we do. Due to ongoing development, we are seeking a strong Administrator or Senior Administrator to support clients and manage a portfolio of active trading companies. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client services to clients. No prior knowledge of the gaming industry is required as the focus of the role is to proactively contribute to the efficient management of the client portfolio from an FSA perspective. Owning client relationships fully, supported by inhouse specialist teams to ensure best-in-class service is delivered to clients in compliance with the FSA handbook and all other relevant regulations. Applying excellent company management and proven client relationship skills in an interesting and fast-paced environment. Managing your client companies on a day to day basis including their payments, bank accounts, board meetings and other standard administration. Actively developing and building your client relationships. Key Skills and Experience: You will be a diligent, proactive individual with proven client management skills. You will be focused on driving positive results in respect of client service, operational efficiency and risk management. Previous experience with a CSP, banking or company secretarial environment is beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be provided. The following attributes would also be advantageous: A proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative approach to working with your colleagues. Having good organisational skills to be able to manage and prioritise your workload. Experience of delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision.
