Notes Our client seeks a Future Ready Communications Executive to join their team on a 12-month Contract. Role Profile: As the & Future Ready Communications Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving communication efforts tailored to cutting-edge fibre program. Your responsibilities will include spearheading marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content, and managing both internal and external communications initiatives. Your mission will be to lead the charge in driving adoption of fibre across the Isle of Man, even among challenging customer cohorts. This will require a strategic approach to communication, understanding the unique needs and concerns of various stakeholders, and tailoring messages to effectively convey the benefits of fibre optics. You will be tasked with coordinating comprehensive communication strategies aimed at not only promoting the advantages of fibre but also addressing any inquiries or apprehensions from stakeholders. Your ability to navigate these conversations with clarity and confidence will be crucial in fostering trust and buy-in from all parties involved. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all fibre-related marketing activities. This data-driven approach will help fine-tune strategies, ensuring maximum impact and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: Lead the conceptualisation, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns focused on promoting the benefits of fibre optics. This includes developing creative concepts, overseeing content creation, managing advertising channels, and evaluating campaign performance. Content Creation: Drive the creation of engaging and informative content tailored to different audience segments, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and FAQs. Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels. Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure alignment and engagement among employees regarding the fibre program. This involves keeping employees informed about program updates, milestones, and key messages through various channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet, and staff meetings. External Communications: Manage external communication efforts aimed at customers, stakeholders, and the general public. This includes drafting press releases, managing media relations, responding to inquiries, organising events, and representing the business at public forums and industry events. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, industry partners, and regulatory bodies. Engage stakeholders through targeted communication initiatives to address concerns, gather feedback, and foster support for the fibre program. Education and Awareness: Develop educational materials and campaigns to raise awareness about the benefits of fibre optics and address common misconceptions or concerns. Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure they are equipped to address customer inquiries related to fibre technology.
