| Notes | Bradda View Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to be responsible for providing high-quality are to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities include;- To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care. Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users. To support Service Users, ensuring that personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s). Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical and mental health appropriately. Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control. Measuring effectiveness of Service Users' Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required. Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
