Notes | The Technical KYC Analyst role is within the CLM Operations team, providing support to the Private Bank segments, specifically Fiduciary and Funds within the Crown Dependencies. The role holder will be responsible for conducting CDD and tax review of Clients to ensure they meet business specific standards, Global AML policy, and regulatory requirements, while adhering to local operating procedures Understanding and application of Client Due Diligence procedures to validate submitters have collated all required documentation and where relevant supporting evidence prior to review completion. Ensure Relationship Manager / Account Executive has identified all risk factors and captured accurately within the Clients file. Understand a wide range of client types and structures (Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Charities, Funds, SIPPs/OSBs and interested/related parties) in order to validate the Fiduciary & Fund Administrator and/or Account Executive has complied with AML/CDD policy and tax reporting requirements. Analysing corporate / company structures to identify appropriate relevant parties have been identified and perform Screening (e.g. immigration checks, adverse media) accordingly. Utilise internal Bank and approved public sources to collate / validate information provided to ensure timely completion of reviews. |
