Notes | As the first point of contact for our clients, we are responsible for creating a world class client experience. Our Client Service Executives are expected to communicate with clients in a confident, professional and knowledgeable manner. They will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand requirements in order to meet client needs. Client Service Executives handle a wide variety of inbound telephony calls and administration activities for clients covering every aspect of Barclays investment servicing and banking products. They will be responsible for developing the client relationship through the delivery of a consistently excellence, professional service. Client Service Executives must effectively manage their workload whilst adhering to strict regulations.
