We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and our people. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. The Role: As an Operations Officer at Optimal Clean, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning professionals, scheduling rotas, and carrying out general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning services at assigned sites. Manage and lead a team of cleaning staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Schedule work rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet service standards. Carry out general administrative tasks, including record keeping, inventory management, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Drive to various locations as required for work-related tasks. Requirements: Proven experience in managing and leading a team. Strong scheduling and team management skills. Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mave a clean, valid driving licence and, ideally, access to own vehicle for work-related travel.
