Notes Our client seeks a Compliance Manager - eGaming to join their team. Role Profile: The ideal Candidate will have a strong background in Compliance within the eGaming sector with a proven track record of working across multiple jurisdictions. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the business adheres to all relevant regulations and standards in the jurisdictions in which they operate. This is a key role in ensuring the integrity and reputation of the Company within the highly regulated eGaming industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the Company operates. Design and implement Compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to applicable regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Compliance initiatives and address Compliance-related issues. Stay up-to-date on changes to regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders. Promote a culture of Compliance throughout the organisation. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required by relevant authorities. Proactively identify emerging compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Provide support when required in terms of monitoring, reporting and technical Compliance support/queries. Key Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compliance roles within the eGaming and technology sector. Proven experience working across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks related to eGaming. Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), data protection, and responsible gaming. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical business operations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
