Notes | Our client seeks a Client Relationship Manager (Trust and Company Administration) to join their team. Role Profile: Join a prestigious financial services firm as a Client Relationship Manager, where you'll be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and driving profitability. Contribute to revenue growth through both existing client retention and new client acquisition. Promote and adhere to robust operating procedures to maintain compliance and uphold the company's reputation. Actively engage in business development activities, identifying cross-selling opportunities and delivering new business in line with targets. Provide technical assistance, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, ensuring high-quality client service. Key Skills and Experience: Minimum of 15 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on trust and company administration. Proven track record of managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients. Strong understanding of UK tax laws as they pertain to trusts and individuals, as well as corporate governance principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Solution-focused mindset, with a drive to achieve goals and improve performance. Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and work effectively as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Highly organised with keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
