Notes Our gaming client are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven Customer Experience Specialist to join their growing team on the Isle of Man. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (written and spoken), have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to multitask/prioritise in a fast past environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred but not essential. Role responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer support in English through email and live chat, aiming for first contact resolution. You will conduct thorough investigations to diagnose and resolve customer issues, communicate effectively with customers, adhere to company policies, and proactively escalate complex issues whilst keeping customers information throughout the resolution process. The working hours for this position is 10am to ­7pm, may include weekend shifts.
