Our client seeks an outstanding Senior Client Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the client-centric operations, spanning Client Support, New Business, and Payments teams. Key Responsibilities: Holistic Leadership: Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of client functions, spanning Client Support, New Business, and Payments teams, in the Isle of Man and working closely with your counterparts in South Africa; leading and facilitating initiatives that align closely with strategic objectives and elevate client satisfaction to unprecedented heights. Innovative Excellence: Craft and execute strategies aimed at ensuring client and intermediary satisfaction, while enhancing services to encourage loyalty and retention. Align these efforts closely with strategic objectives to drive sustainable growth and success. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify trends, and gauge client preferences and satisfaction levels. Translate these insights into actionable strategies to continuously enhance service delivery. Drive Process Improvement: Direct efforts to drive process improvement and efficiencies within the operating systems and procedures, particularly focusing on the onboarding of new clients and the delivery of service excellence. Continuously refine processes to meet evolving client needs and industry standards. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Product team to support the development of service functionality within the client portal system. Collaborate with Business Development and Investment Operational teams to understand requirements and ensure seamless delivery to clients and intermediaries. Problem Resolution and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of escalation to resolve problems and handle complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure consistent adoption of client processes across both jurisdictions and collaborate with compliance colleagues to ensure processes are compliant regulatory and code requirements. Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and support to your teams, including evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, coaching, and facilitating growth opportunities. Equip your teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain a strong working knowledge of current regulatory policies and directives. Take responsibility for the ongoing development and delivery of AML accreditation program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of departmental risk management processes and ensure timely completion of risk and internal audit actions. Effective Communication and Collaboration: Model and promote effective interdepartmental communication, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
