Notes | Our client looks for a Project Administrator on a temporary 3-6 months contract to assist with the implementation of a new Facilities Management software. Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Make certain that stakeholders needs are met as the project evolves.Monitor project task progress and handle any issues that may arise.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders as required.Use tools to monitor tasks and updates from the project team.Compile and issue all appropriate training notes and project handbook.Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.Co-ordinate project meetings and take notes / action lists as required. Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role.Experience in project work, ideally with software, from conception to delivery.An ability to prepare and interpret schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Strong teamwork skills.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
