Notes | Our client seeks an Administrator to assist the team on a short term contract. Key Responsibilities:To provide reliable and accurate administrative support as required.Work supportively to deliver the Administrative Team priorities which can change on a daily basis.Assisting with the filing of all manual and electronic records, including archiving documents.Assisting with the organisation of meetings, sending Outlook invitations, preparing and circulating paperwork and room preparation. Assisting with general office administration including; photocopying, document preparation, processing mail, project administration support and dealing with queries.Retrieval of background information, e.g. files, emails, reports, as directed.Answering general telephone calls, in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and/or forwarding on to appropriate Officers.Acknowledging email enquiries received and respond as required Key Requirements:You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and has a confident and flexible attitude and able to deliver on the key duties.Have experience of or be prepared to undergo side-by-side training in the taking of notes for meetings for the Department.
