| Notes | G4S Secure Solutions (Isle 0f Man) Limited are looking to recruit a Part Time Evening Cleaning Supervisor for their busy Cleaning Department. The role involves providing operational support to the cleaning manager, cleaning supervisor and support to cleaning operatives. Working Monday to Friday, 18.00 to 22.00. 20 hours per week. Flexibility is an advantage. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to deal with staff, management and clients. Must be of smart appearance and previous experience in a supervisory role would be an advantage although full training will be given to the right candidate. The role involves evening site visits to staff and managing telephone calls from staff, conducting site cleaning audits to ensure cleaning standards are being met. To provide staff training when required. Reporting to the cleaning Management team on a daily basis. Applicants must have a full clean manual driving licence. Vehicle provided during working hours. For this role G4S offers 25 days holiday per annum and Uniform. Sick benefit, contributory Health Care Plan, contributory Pension Fund and Employee Welfare Support (company funded).
