Notes | Our client seeks a Client Administrator to join their team. Role Profile: Working as an administrator, you will take responsibility for day-to-day administration, assisting your Team Leader and Senior Administrator, ensuring all work is produced to the highest possible standard. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to form relationships with both colleagues and clients. Key Responsibilities:Take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of client entities within your portfolio reporting to your Senior Administrator/Team Leader.Provide mentoring, support and guidance to Junior members of staff and peer support to other Administrators across the company.Ensure your client files are set up and regularly reviewed in accordance with company procedures.Good written and verbal communication skillsAssist with implementation of VAT and/or tax planning for clients.Liaise with intermediaries, clients, employees of client companies, banks, PSPs, tax and legal advisers regarding client set up and structuring.Ensure that your clients receive detailed analysis of client bank account movements as required in accordance with the scope of engagement.Prepare minutes and statutory documents as required.This list is not exhaustive and there may be other tasks and duties that are required within this role which are deemed reasonable for this position. Key Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a CSP environment.Preferably e-gaming experience.Demonstrate an ability to perform well in both a team environment and when working from own initiative.Possess strong organisational and time keeping skills, ensuring all work is finished in a timely manner and in accordance with company procedure.
