Notes | An opportunity has arisen for a 2nd chef Chef to join our kitchen team at the Crosby Hotel. Set on the iconic TT Course only 10 minutes from Douglas and on main bus route. Previous experience in a similar role is required. You will be working along side our Head Chef and be able to run a busy kitchen in their absence. Knowledge of menu planning, costing and developing, Stock control, compliance are desirable but full training will be given to the right individual.. Hours are based on a 30-35 hour week over 5 days. These hours will be extended over busier periods such as TT & Mgp. If you have what it takes and relish a challenge we would love to hear from you.
