Notes | An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join our kitchen team at the Crosby Hotel. Set on the iconic TT Course only 10 minutes from Douglas and on main bus route. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, you will be competent in menu planning, costing and developing, Stock control, compliance, staff rotas to coincide with business demands along with the day to day running of a busy kitchen. Hours are based on a 40-45 hour week over 5 days. These hours will be extended over busier periods such as TT & Mgp. If you have what it takes and relish a challenge we would love to hear from you.
