| Notes | Join our clients team as a Technical Specialist! In this role you will; assist in the delivery of effective, timely and high quality services and support to customers, cloud services and internal management systems, provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and customers, assist in the operation and assurance of all Cloud & Network products and services in line with agreed KPI's & SLA's and you will work closely with the Head of department to identify individual development opportunities, mentoring & coaching as necessary. This role requires an individual to have 5+ years of overall experience in the technology industry holding a senior engineering position and previous experience in a Managed Services Provider.
