Notes | Our client seeks a Senior Pensions Executive to join their Team. Role Profile: As a Senior Pensions Executive, you will provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Pensions department. Key Responsibilities: Administration of all scheme types including master trusts, international group and personal schemes as well as domestic personal pension schemes. Administration of benefit payments, investments and pension transfers. Opening bank accounts. Investment portfolios. Valuations. Managing GAD calculations for all SIPP clients. Training and support for pension executives. Managing investment mailbox. Property work - expenses, purchases, sales and leases. Deeds - drafting from templates. Trustee retirement. Death/dissolution. Transfers. Bookkeeping of pension scheme assets. New client take-on process. Liaising directly with clients. Various administration tasks Key Skills and Qualifications: 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above. Ideally 3 years in a pension administration environment and experience of client portfolio administration. Microsoft Office - particularly Excel & Word, CCH and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential. Attention to detail. Excellent communication. Able to work on their own initiative.
