| Notes | Our client seeks a Family Advocate / Lawyer to join their team. The company is looking for a dedicated and qualified family advocate / lawyer to join their dynamic law practice. The successful candidate will deal with a range of personal and family law matters. You will perform a range of duties including but not limited to: Contact and residence orders; Financial matters and maintenance; Separation agreements and divorce; Prenuptial agreements; Parental responsibility; Filing legal documents; Attending court proceedings; Participating in mediation sessions.
