About the Role: As Manager, you will be focused on team management. You will be responsible for liaising with the team on all day-to-day matters and facilitating staff development through guidance, training and performance feedback. You will also play a key role within our Corporate Services department to provide an accurate and efficient service to our busy international client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to: Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance and support as needed. Set clear performance objectives for team members, providing regular feedback to drive continuous improvement. Perform regular 121s and monitor performance, providing training and guidance where needed to support development. Manage one HNW client relationship by ensuring client needs are met and day-to-day administration queries are handled in an efficient manner whilst offering insightful and bespoke solutions. Liaise with stakeholders and work with various divisions across the Group to support the clients' requirements. Facilitate the collation of due diligence requests and packs. Check statutory documents and minutes. Liaise with the client and internal departments to assist with compliance and corporate governance processes. About You: You will have excellent organisation skills and a strong understanding of company and client administration. Previous experience within Corporate Services is essential along with proven people management skills. The following attributes would also be advantageous: ICSA certificate or STEP qualification, or be willing to attain such qualifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with senior client representatives. Strong leadership and people management skills. A strong understanding of compliance and governance practices and procedures. Solid organisational skills. The ability to demonstrate continued professional development.
