Notes Our client seeks a Customer Sales Representative to join their team. Role Profile: Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role will identify and develop new business opportunities to help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives. A key focus will be to align with the Net Zero company targets whilst using the principles set out in the Company Values to ensure success. Key Responsibilities: Respond to all incoming sales enquiries regarding company products and services in a timely manner in accordance with SLA's. Enquiries received can be inbound from general customer queries, or as a result of targeted advertising campaigns across numerous platforms. Arrange appointments to visit customers on their premises to review and discuss solutions. Identify possible product opportunities for both new and existing clients whilst advising customers of cost efficient or suitable solution. Follow up customer requests with quotations and manage this through until close, ensuring the customer is kept updated throughout the process. Support Net Zero targets with a particular focus on the Net Zero campaign. Perform Home comfort checks to provide advice. Work with the Head of Business Development to suggest and promote advertising opportunities for inclusion in the project plan for business growth. Support the BDM by providing regular business plans which align with the overall commercial plan and react to current market conditions. Ensure all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are managed effectively including company policies and procedure along with jurisdictions law and recommendations. Research new products within the market. Following on from the above, work with your team to recommend industry innovation and new products for review and consideration for possible inclusion within the commercial plan with the focus on increasing profit. Attend monthly sales meetings to discuss success and areas for improvement. Liaise with all departments on customer service delivery and installation of all sales within the designated remit. Management and ownership of customer complaints from inception to resolution. Ability to write clear and concise procedures. Any technical training required for the role will be provided. Key skills and Experience: Minimum Requirements: Ability to provide high quality, responsive, efficient customer service and deal with customers' enquiries professionally and to a high standard or re-direct more complex issues. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, customers, and external bodies. Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the quality required. Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills (both written and verbal)Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others to maximise efficiency. Use of IT and other relevant software. Identify problems and the solutions to them. Knowledge of sales functions and administration. Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative with a flexible and reliable approach. Positive and energetic approach towards work.
