| Notes | Wanted an experienced employee for property maintenance and renovation. The person must be organized and flexible in his approach to tasks. Tasks may include basic plumbing, painting, moving furniture, garbage collection, pressure washing paths, maintaining window hardware, checking fire doors and emergency lighting, and other general maintenance tasks. General duties will be taking instruction from the site management team in a variety of tasks from manual laboring tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading/unloading materials, tidying up and maintaining a safe working environment for all trades and operatives. Communicating effectively as part of a site team and previous experience in construction or related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
