| Notes | Our client has a new opportunity for a Service Operations Centre Support Technician, to join their friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. Working as part of a 247 rotation, the role in our client's Service Operations Centre is to ensure the effective service assurance of the core networks and systems by proactively monitoring the entire network and infrastructure, both locally and off-Island. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years working in a similar environment and experience of ITIL Incident and Change Management. You may have started or obtained a recognised Telecoms qualification such as CCNA.
