| Notes | As the Service Operations Centre (SOC) Support Technician for our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of services by providing technical support and assistance to clients. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, responding to alerts, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role with some ITIL knowledge and Change Management experience.
