| Notes | Beaconsfield Care Home Ltd are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team. The Candidate will be a RN or RMN with an unrestricted NMC PIN. Duties include providing nursing care to residents, Administering medications, writing and maintaining care plans, assessing residents and their needs on a regular basis, liaising with allied professionals & supervising care staff etc. The successful candidate will be expected to provide effective supervision of staff members and to take management responsibilities for shifts as directed. The candidate will ensure meaningful involvement of service user in all activities, applying equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory policies and ensuring rights to privacy & confidentiality.
