| Notes | This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to kick start their career in the field of IT within a well establish professional family owned business. This role will support the business with IT related assistance. Skills & experience: Knowledge of: a Windows Server domain and email infrastructure, Adobe creative applications or similar e.g. Photoshop / After effects, administration of a website backend. Willingness to learn and be self-directed in fault finding and problem solving, along with a good standard of communication & organisational skills Core Duties in IT: Support the team with basic issues with printers, screens and phones, managing company mobiles and phone system, managing and updating the company websites, including updating online retail shop. Uploading media content to our digital screens and potentially creating content for our digital screens. Providing customer support for users of the retail website, provide technical support for IT related issues with vending machines across the range, provide technical support for IT related issues for co-workers, liaising with Suppliers to resolve more complex IT related issues. Card readers on our vending machines, managing on site Wi-Fi provisions, spam filter etc. Essential Qualifications: Education to A Level standard with grades C and above, clean full driving licence.
