Notes | Our client seeks a Client Review Administrator to join their team. Role Profile: The role is to assist with managing and implementing the centralized risk business functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing and maintaining Compliance Registers, to ensure they are maintained accurately and up to date at all times. Assist with managing complaints to ensure that they are reported, dealt with and closed off in line with regulatory and business obligations. Assist with the World Check 1 weekly batch upload, clearing results and where necessary escalating potential hits to senior management. Assist with managing Breaches and errors to ensure that they are reported, dealt with and closed off in line with regulatory and business obligations. Assist with managing the recording of Power of Attorney/Delegation of Authority(s) to ensure regulatory and business requirements are being adhered to. Assist with managing closing off the Risk & Compliance section of Entity Close Off/Transfer Form. Assist with conducting various types of reviews including but not limited to Post client-on-boarding (120 day), Periodic, Reduced Services and PEP reviews for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that reviews are conducted and administered in accordance with policies and procedures, legal and regulatory obligations, client confidentiality and in accordance with the respective review cycle. Assist with monitoring and managing the Team email inbox. Undertake scanning/filing. Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management. Develop knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualifications level and in-house procedures. Adhere to core values and expected behaviours. Key Skills and Experience: Organisational skills with a flexible approach to work. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to self-motivate and work pro-actively with the rest of the team to achieve excellent client service. A positive 'can do' attitude and a good team player.
