Notes | Our client is looking for a IT professional to join their team as an Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud! You will be responsible for technical investigation for customer support and internal system issues, responding to technical issues where no procedure exists but with troubleshooting methodologies and technical knowledge, raising third party support cases with appropriate criticalities and provision, adjustment and recovery of customer services. The ideal candidate will 3 or more years' experience in a systems administration role, preferably in a service provider environment as well as good working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, storage, virtualisation, network and security devices. An associate level qualification such as CCNA, VCA or equivalent experience is also required.
