| Notes | Our client seeks a Senior Captive Insurance Manager to join their team. Role Profile: Are you a smart, energetic and motivated individual with account leadership abilities? Are you looking for the opportunity to lead your own client engagements, develop relationships and be responsible for service delivery? If you are, then our client has an exciting and challenging work role that offers a healthy combination of collaboration, autonomy and flexible working! Key Responsibilities: You will be part of the team managing relationships for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence; Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards; Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required; Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met; Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients; Support the development and implementation of the company own strategic objectives; Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities; Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and instil a culture of collaboration, effective communications, and professionalism. Key Skills and Qualifications: Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills; Be from either the insurance, actuarial or accounting sectors; Be professionally qualified with relevant experience in captive or risk management sector; Have proven experience of proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
