Notes | Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Customer Services Team! The key responsibilities of this role are to develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the overall customer experience, Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback, Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and ensuring swift resolutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, aswell as previous experience in a similar role. Experience within a life assurance environment would be an advantage. This company offers a competitive salary up to £29,000 and an excellent benefits package including income protection, private medical insurance aswell as a pension and bonus scheme.
