| Notes | Complete Care provide a high-quality homecare support service which enables people to remain in their own home. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and fun-loving support workers, to join a dedicated team who support two young adults with learning disabilities, based in Ramsey. This is a role that would suit someone who enjoys having fun and taking part in/escorting to activities such as swimming, horse riding & Disco dancing. The main objective is to promote and encourage independence and enable these young adults to live fulfilled lives, as independently as possible. Experience and knowledge in Learning Disabilities, Autism & Epilepsy would be desirable, however, as full training will be provided, candidates with no prior experience but who display the right attitude and have a compassionate nature, would be considered for the role. The position requires an individual who is passionate about working in this field and is looking to make a genuine connection with their clients. A driver’s licence would be desirable, however, non-drivers would be considered. This contracted position offers a flexible working pattern with competitive rates of pay & 20 days paid annual leave. Complete Care pay for all staff training, supervisions, appraisals, and attendance at team meetings.
