Welcome to the Vaccination Booking Service

In proceeding and submitting this form, you will be indicating a preferred date for a booster vaccination. JCVI advice will be followed to determine your vaccine program.

You will be asked to provide some identifying information to be able to access the system and book your next available vaccination dose. Once you have registered you will be able to book one of the available slots.

Please do not attempt to contact 111 if you are rejected by the system, unless you are within an age group that is currently being offered appointments, in which case please e-mail the 111 vaccinations team at vaccinations@gov.im.

Like all other medicines and devices, the COVID-19 vaccinations have been granted regulatory MHRA approval to ensure they are safe and effective. The vaccine cannot give you COVID-19 infection and having a booster will help prolong your immunity to COVID-19 and will protect you, your family and friends from becoming seriously ill and needing hospital care.

Further Information on the Isle of Man COVID-19 vaccination Programme and more general information about the vaccine can be viewed at gov.im/covidvaccination. Indications are that some vaccine recipients may experience a painful heavy arm where they had the injection and may feel tired or have a mild fever for a couple of days. These are common side effects following vaccination. If required paracetamol may help to reduce these effects and keep you as comfortable as possible following vaccination. In order that you are fully informed before deciding to register for a vaccination, please read the product information for more details on the vaccine at MHRA's Yellow Card website. Should you suffer, or suspect you are suffering side effects, you may report these on the same website or by downloading the Yellow Card app.
