The Online Rates service allows you to pay your rate demand easily and securely, using either a Debit Card or Credit Card. There is an administration fee of 2% for those customers paying with a Credit Card.
All you will need is your property code, the year you wish to pay and the amount. Unfortunately you are unable to view any outstanding debts at this moment in time, but we hope to offer this service sometime in the future.
How to access the Rates Online Service
You can access this service through Isle of Man Government Online Services.
You will need to register an Online Service account, if you have not already done so. You may then use this account for any Government Online Service.

Help is available at any time simply by selecting the HELP icons 
which usually appear next to the text and data items on the various online service pages.
