Enrolling for this service allows you to submit your clients VAT returns, view their previously submitted VAT returns and make payments on behalf of your clients, all online.
Firstly, you will have to register as an Agent with Customs and Excise; by completing an AG1 MAN form.
Secondly, you will have to notify Customs and Excise of your client's that you wish to represent. This is done by completing an AG2 MAN form.
