How long do we keep your personal information
We will only keep your information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested.
When you register for online services you give us permission to hold your information only as long as needed to let you access online services.
This may be to:
- Provide a history of transactions for your Government account
- To respond to an enquiry from you
- To continue to give you access to a service you have requested that is provided by another Department, Board or Office
- Confirm the transfer of information to the Department, Office or Board providing a service you have requested
