How and why

We use your information in line with the rules set out in the Data Protection Act 2018 for the following reasons:
- Where you have agreed to the process
- To allow Government Departments, Boards and Offices to communicate with you
- To give you a single Government account to access online services
- To provide access to services provided by Government Departments, Boards and Offices
- To analyse use of the website and make improvements
When you register for online services you give us permission to:
- Share only the information needed to let you access any online service you subscribe to
- Share such information with only the Government Department, Board or Statutory Office that provides the service
- Process this information until you do not want to use that service any more
