Welcome to Online Services Help
The Help pages are available at any time simply by selecting the 
icon which is always situated at the left hand side of the screen.
Screen specific help can be obtained by selecting the help icons 
that usually appear next to the screen text and data items.
If at any time you need to contact Online Help you can call 686111 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, or email: onlinehelp@gov.im and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Using Help
You can also access the help pages using the shortcut key H. In Internet Explorer for windows this can be done by pressing Alt & H & “Enter”.
Once you have the Help system window open, you can select different sections of help from the menu on the left.
