You can view a secure message by selecting its subject in one of the message list views.
If you are the first user of your account to view the message, then it will be marked as 'read' for everyone in the account.
When you have dealt with a secure message, select the 'Archive Message' button to remove it from the main list of messages. Archived messages do not appear in the 'Current Messages' list, but can be viewed by following the 'Archived Messages' link in the menu, or by using the 'Search for Messages' function.
If you have archived a message, you can reinstate it to return it to the 'Current Messages' list.
