If you are an Assistant on the account and are logging in for the first time, you should use the security character provided to you by your Administrator.
If you forget your Security Answer please visit the forgotten your password or login details page. However, if you are an Assistant on the account please contact your Administrator for assistance.
If you have had your security answer re-set, you should use the character provided by either the Online Helpdesk or contained within the email you received when using the forgotten details function.
