Welcome to the Online Manx Utilities Service

This service allows you to pay Electricity Bills, Invoices or Deposits easily and securely, using either a Debit Card or Credit Card. There is an administration fee of 2% for those customers paying with a Credit Card.

You will need to have your customer number, premise number or sales invoice number to hand (depending on the type of payment you wish to make). Unfortunately you are unable to view your bills online at this moment in time, but we hope to provide this service in the future.

How to access the Online Manx Utilities Service

You can access this service through Isle of Man Government Online Services.

You will need to register an Online Service account, if you have not already done so. You may then use this account for any Government Online Service.

Help is available at any time simply by selecting the HELP icons which usually appear next to the text and data items on the various online service pages.

If you would like to speak to us about your Manx Utilities payment, then please call the Manx Utilities Customer Services number on 687687 and select Option 2 between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays, or email: accounts@manxutilities.im.
