Apply here: https://mckenziefox.com/jobs/client-broker-services-administrator-douglas/1555-1/ Our client has an interesting opportunity available for a high performing administrator within their Client & Broker Services team. The role holder will be responsible for reviewing client due diligence documentation, updating client records, performing various administration tasks and answering client queries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Respond accurately and succinctly to client and broker queries by email, post and telephone. Accurately log work items, track progress and provide regular updates to clients and brokers. Follow up outstanding items within agreed service standards. Organise, plan and prioritise daily workload to ensure agree service standards are maintained at all times. Implement client and broker instructions within the procedure framework. Establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a client service role within financial services. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to deal with external and internal customers in a confident and polite manner. Excellent telephone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Self-motivated and well organised with the ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges.
