| Notes | Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent full time basis, to provide internal colleagues with the highest levels of IT Support. You will be responsible for dealing with both IT incidents and requests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner following our client's internal processes and procedures. You'll also respond to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications and set up and install new computers, networks and software. The successful candidate will have formal qualifications, or be working towards them in IT, Computer Science or Microsoft Technologies and have 2+ year's experience working in a technology team providing IT support. You will also have an interest in ICT / computer studies and have strong problem solving and a critical thinking skills. | ||
