| Notes | Our client is seeking a HR Manager on a permanent, part-time basis (20 hours + per week), to manage and undertake all human resource related duties across our client's business. This is a hands on role being the first point of contact for staff ensuring employees receive adequate support, facilitating the induction and on-going development of all staff. You will update the internal HR database (People HR) and document management system (Laserfiche) with key data, review, amend and update company HR policies and procedures and prepare various HR documents, including HR contracts, offer letters and annual salary review communications. The successful candidate will hold a certification in HR, management or similar, have 5+ years experience in a HR role, have excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills and be able to work without direct supervision and to tight deadlines.
