Notes Our client, a specialist in providing the perfect eWallet and payment device solutions, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their team, on a permanent full-time basis, to assist their customers through different communications channels in their languages of proficiency and other languages with the help of translation tools and existing content. You will provide customer support proactively to ensure the smooth operation of the business, by guiding customers and troubleshooting the use of the app, features and services as well as monitoring for potential fraud. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, with a passion for problem solving and helping customers. You will need to be fluent in English and have at least 2 years' customer service experience, also with Microsoft office products. It would be great if you are proficient in more than two languages and had knowledge of global document verification procedures.
