Notes | HEAD OF COMPLIANCE / MLRO / DPO | ref.MF919 We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced compliance professional. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with frequent liaising and general contact expected between fellow colleagues. Applicants should be self-motivated, approaching each task with an enthusiastic manner and welcome the opportunity to develop a small team. This role demands strong leadership skills, with the ideal candidate possessing two years of experience at a management level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Monitoring of compliance with the Rulebook and any other applicable requirements. Writing and preparation of the AML/CFT Risk Assessment. Implementation of procedural changes as a result of regulatory change, whether this be updating the procedures involved or training. Liaising with Directors on MLRO matters. Maintaining registers to ensure compliance with FSA regulations. Participating in Management meetings and Regulatory Admin meetings as required. Arranging AML training and testing across the Group. Arranging training for all staff. Ensuring that Viewpoint (CRM) is updated and maintained from a compliance perspective. Data cleansing and minimisation. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree educated preferably with an ICA qualification or be working towards. Two years at a management level. Good interpersonal skills. Willing to develop a small team.
