| Notes | This is a fabulous new temporary opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis, covering holidays and sicknesses. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception with duties which include but are not limited to operating the switchboard, answering all incoming telephone calls and taking messages, greeting clients and visitors, assisting the HR department with booking training courses and maintaining an online log and monitoring the swimming pool CTV. The successful candidate will have relevant experience of previous reception cover, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office along with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
