| Notes | This is a fantastic permanent, full-time opportunity for a candidate to provide general support and assistance to the Client Portfolio Manager. You will respond to client enquiries and provide quotes when required, maintain an awareness of, and compliance with, due diligence procedures and anti-money laundering provisions within the organisation. You will also submit applications to the Companies Registry or request agent to apply for name approval and reserve names in all jurisdictions and complete alterations to company structures including the appointment and resignation of officers, allotment and transfer of shares, issue of share certificates, changes of company names, alteration of share capital and/or Memorandum and Articles of Association. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work accurately and reliably and high attention to detail.
