| Notes | Our client is seeking an Operational Risk & Control Manager to join their team in Onchan, on a permanent basis, to provide support to the client services department in managing operational risks effectively, improving the control environment and overall service to our clients and advisers including anti-money laundering technical support, complaints handling and business retention. You will manage the team focused on operational risk management. The successful candidate will have experience of designing or operating operational risk management processes and procedures, a good understanding of the market and industry, along with strong communication, influencing, numeracy, and literacy skills.
