| Notes | Do you have 3-5 years' experience of administering complex client company structures? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so, this new permanent vacancy may interest you! You will administer a portfolio of client companies within the Aviation team, ensuring compliance with articles of association, regulatory requirements, corporate governance and company law. In addition, you will assist with the administration of Wealth structures (client companies and trusts) and support the needs of the Wealth side of the department. Experience of working with clients who are high net worth individuals and their private offices along with understanding of the Isle of Man's corporate governance regime are essential skills for this role.
