Notes	Our client is looking for a Yachting & Aviation Company Administrator to join their team. Role: As a Company Administrator, you will have responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of companies, including yachting and aviation companies. Key Responsibilities: Preparing documentation for signature Preparing minutes Directly corresponding and liaising with clients and intermediaries Dealing directly with directors and senior management Performing annual file reviews Discharging ad hoc projects Updating client database Adhering to Sovereign service standards on turnaround times and accuracy Preparing and checking payments Assisting with large scale purchase and sale completions Managing and safekeeping other company assets Key Skills and Experience: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Good knowledge of offshore trust and corporate structures and current offshore environment 3-4 years’ experience in the industry, which will ideally include some experience with yachting and aviation Good attention to detail Good analytical skills Good planning, problem solving & organisation skills An interest and commitment to on-going professional development and training/ already working towards STEP/CG accreditation Excellent discretion, judgment and organisational skills and be able to initiate projects with minimal instigation or oversight Ability to work and remain calm in a busy time pressured environment Ability to work as part of a team and delegate to, and assist, colleagues as appropriate Display initiative and ability to make decisions under pressure Willingness to work late as and when necessary.
